Horsham Man Charged With Groping Teens At Target: Police
Breaking: A 41-year-old Horsham man is charged with groping three teens at Bucks County Target stores.
HORSHAM, PA — A Horsham man has been charged in connection with alleged incidents of groping at Target stores in Bucks County.
Scott Raila, 41, has been charged with two counts of indecent assault, three counts of corruption of minors, and indecent assault of a victim under the age of 13. Two teens were allegedly groped at the Warrington store, and another was allegedly groped at the store in Middletown Township, police said.
The charges were filed less than a day after police said a 15-year-old girl reported she was groped at the Warrington Target store on Aug. 16. After reviewing surveillance footage from the store, Warrington police said they saw the suspect groping a second juvenile female.

Raila's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 7, court documents show.
The case was screened through the Bucks County District Attorney's Office, police said.
