We have some very exciting news to share with you today. The name Lt. Jon Clark is synonymous with the Community Police Program here in Horsham. If there is a community event or meeting here in town, you can rest assured you’ll see Lt. Clark. He along with Capt. Joe Repkoe (retired) and Sgt. Pete Van Dolsen of the Hatboro Police Department started the first Citizen’s Police Academy back in the year 2000.

Since then Lt. Clark helped create and currently oversees our Community Police Services Program which includes The Chief’s Advisory Teams (ChATs Program) our Town Watch and Town Watch Special Details Unit, he serves in an advisory capacity to the Horsham Neighbor’s Association Board of Directors, serves on the Board of Directors of College Settlement, completed the FBI National Academy, serves in an executive capacity for the FBI National Academy Association, is an active member of St. Mathews Church, has been decorated by the Horsham Police Department numerous times for his actions both in patrol and supervision, and in his spare time is a terrific father and husband. No doubt there are many other accomplishments and awards we’ve failed to list, but you get the idea.
