Horsham Officers Achieve Police Canine Certification

Congratulations!

HORSHAM, PA -- A pair of Horsham officers were honored recently for achieving the United States Police Canine Association certification.

Horsham Police Community services said that Officers Kate Ryan and Andrew D'Arcy both passed their tests.

Ryan, along with her K-9 Officer Gallant, became certified in narcotics detection, while D'Arcy and his K-9 Banner were certified in narcotics detection.

"Both officers and canines put in a lot of hard work and dedication in preparation for the certification process. On behalf of all of us here in Community Police Services, we commend both handlers and their partners for their outstanding work," Community Services said in a statement.
