Horsham Police To Continue Tradition Of Handing Out Candy

The Horsham Community Police Services shared the above photo on their Facebook page Wednesday, as police officers, members of the Fire Company, members of the Community Police program, and their families added labels to over 3,000 Hershey bars. This is done so that parents can know where the candy came from.

The program is run by Detective Bob Waeltz.
