Horsham Real Estate Market Statistics

The May 2014 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are now officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.  Year to date for Montgomery County, settled singled family homes were down 8.84% from last year.  The average sales price in Montgomery County came in at $309,000 up .32% from the previous year.  Looking at our surrounding counties, Bucks County was down 3.64% in settled single family homes with an average sales price of $324,000, Chester County was down 8.98% at $351,000, Delaware County was down 8.68% at $249,000, and lastly Philadelphia County was down 10.62% at $180,000.
