Horsham Real Estate Market Statistics April 2014

The April 2014 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are now officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.  Year to date in Montgomery County in April 2014, settled single family homes were down 8.42% from last year.  The average sales price in Montgomery County was $308,000 up 4.05% from the previous year.  Looking at our surrounding counties, Buck County was down 5.47% with an average sales price of $320,000, Chester County was down 8.57% at $349,000, Delaware County was down 10.52% at $246,000, and lastly Philadelphia County was down 10.58% at an average sales price of $177,000.
