Horsham Resident Victim Of Bank Theft Scheme: Police

Police are seeking a 52-year-old man wanted for stealing more than $50,000 through a banking scheme.

Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 52-year-old man accused of stealing more than $50,000 through a banking scheme. According to police, Lee Moyer Joseph is wanted on theft and related charges in connection with incidents in Doylestown Township and Horsham Township in which he completed online bank transfers from home equity credit lines.

Joseph is believed to be in the Brooklyn, N.Y. area.

He is accused of making cash withdraws from the accounts in excess of $50,000 from victims' accounts into a newly created account, police in Doylestown Township said.

Joseph is facing charges of forgery, theft, identity theft, receiving stolen property and related crimes.
