Convicted Horsham Strip Club Shooter Given 22 To 44 Year Sentence

Joseph Oesterle Thiers was convicted for shooting two employees. He then turned his gun on police when they pursued him.

A man convicted of shooting two employees at a Horsham strip club in 2013 was sentenced to 22 to 44 years in prison on Monday, according to a report by The Intelligencer.

Joseph Oesterle Thiers, 57, of Warrington, shot two employees of Double Visions strip club on October 19 after they kicked him out, the report states.

He fled the area in his truck and was pursued by Horsham police officers Jose Ortiz and Emmanuel Reguera, according to the report, eventually shooting at both of them before surrendering.

“(The facts) just show how terribly violent this individual was,” Montgomery County Deputy District Attorney Jesse King told the Intelligencer.
