The Horsham woman convicted of a DUI after being found asleep behind the wheel will spend at least 7 more months in jail, according to a report by The Intelligencer.
A judge backdated her sentence to her date of arrest: July 2, 2014, the report states.
Tracy Apanel, 51, was sentenced to 1.5 to five years in prison on Wednesday. It was her fourth conviction on a drunk driving-related offense, the report states.
