Horsham's Captain Jon Clark Retires After 43 Years Of Service

Thank you, Captain Clark.

HORSHAM, PA — A local hero and leader was recognized at the borough council meeting on Tuesday night.

Captain Jon Clark, who has served the borough and police department for 43 years, is retiring.

The ceremony to honor Clark took place at the Horsham Community Center. Before a standing crowd, officials recognized Clark's work in helping design and launch the Horsham Community Police Services, the department's community policing initiative.

Clark will now take over as the head of the Horsham Community Police Services.

"To Captain Clark on behalf of all of us in Community Police Services we thank you for past service to Horsham and look forward to working with you for many more years to come in your role as Community Police Coordinator," Horsham ChATs said in a Facebook post.
