Horsham's Jake Durkin, 22, Passes Away

John Thomas 'Jake' Durkin III of Horsham passed Sunday, April 10, 2016. He was 22.

He is survived by his parents, John T. 'Jack' Durkin Jr. and Margaretta 'Midge' (Fry) Durkin; his sister, Kimberly L. Walker; his brother, James T. Durkin; his grandmothers, Margaretta Fry and Catherine Durkin; his nephews, Jackson Walker, Nolan Walker, and TJ Walker; his niece, Kattie Walker; uncles, William Fry (Maria), Michael Durkin, Dennis Durkin (Laurie), and Reverend William 'The Bishop' Melnick; and cousins, William Fry (Erin), Michael Fry (Jacqueline), Timothy Fry, Michael Durkin, Deirdre Durkin, Luke Durkin, Matthew Durkin, Molly Durkin, and Patrick Durkin.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation from 10 to 11:15 a.m., Thursday, April 14 at St. Catherine of Siena R.C. Church, 321 Witmer Rd., Horsham, PA 19044, where the funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
