House Fire Under Investigation In Horsham

Horsham ChATs said the fire was reported on West County Line Road on Monday afternoon.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — A house fire that displaced a family on West County Line Road on Monday afternoon is under investigation, authorities said.

Horsham Community Police Services said fire crews responded at 4:52 p.m. on Monday to the 600 block of West County Line Road for the report of a building fire.

Fire crews found a working house fire and called for mutual aid fire companies to assist in bringing the blaze under control within 20 minutes.

Authorities said the property sustained moderate damage. There were no reported injuries.

The Horsham Township Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.

The family was assisted by the township's Department Of Emergency Management.

During the fire, County Line Road was closed in both directions between Latchstring and Independence roads before being reopened about an hour later.
