House Fire Under Investigation In Horsham Township
The Horsham Township fire marshal is seeking the cause of a house fire on Wynmere Drive Monday afternoon.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Horsham Township fire marshal is investigating the cause of a fire that took place Monday afternoon.
Horsham fire crews responded at 2:52 p.m. Monday to the 70 block of Wynmere Drive for the report of smoke coming from the rear of a residence, Horsham ChATs reported.
Upon the arrival of the first unit, the call was upgraded to a working non-commercial building fire and additional units were dispatched to assist.

"Due to the quick work of our fire company and our mutual aid partners, the residence sustained only minor damage," Horsham ChATs said.
One person was treated for smoke inhalation at the hospital.

The family was assisted by Horsham Township's Department of Emergency Management staff.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the fire marshal.
"We would like to thank all of our career and volunteer first responders for their quick work in saving this property from more serious damage," Horsham ChATs said.
