The community can get a taste (i.e. free sample) of the cafe's offerings during today, which runs from noon to 6 p.m. in the borough's downtown shopping district. The cafe, which is situated at 52 S. York Road, is in the heart of the monthly arts and entertainment gala.

Besides giving away samples of smoked ribs and rib dogs, the owners will be offering tastes of the cafe's signature "Holy Cow Cake," which features chocolate, caramel, a crushed Butter Finger topping and icing. Samples of coconut cake and red velvet cake will also be available.
