ICYMI: Horsham Stalker Released From Jail, Strikes Again, Report Says
He got out of jail, and was promptly put back in it on charges of the exact same crime.

A Horsham man arrested in July for allegedly stalking his ex-girlfriend was arrested again Friday for allegedly stalking the woman at her home, according to a story in The Reporter.
Arthur Joseph Flores was released from jail after two weeks and promptly returned to the scene of the crime to repeat the same crime, police said, according to the report.
Flores, of Henley Court in Horsham, arrived at his ex-girlfriends home on Polo Drive just after midnight on Friday and allegedly shut off the lights on her front porch and garage, the report states. The woman called police, who pulled Flores over as he was leaving the area in a green Jeep.
