Illegal Firearm Recovered At Hatboro Business
Hatboro Borough Police have charged a man who had previous weapons violations.
HATBORO, PA —The Hatboro Borough Police Department has charged a man Wednesday for having an illegal firearm.
Hatboro police officers responded on July 29 to a business on South Warminster Road where a firearm was recovered.
After an investigation, police charged Joseph Fitzgerald, 42, for the weapons violation. It was unknown where Fitzgerald lived.

Police said Fitzgerald had previous criminal convictions which prohibited him from possessing firearms.
He faces two felony charges for persons not being allowed to possess and firearms not to be carried without a license.
