Iron Oven Restaurant Planning Fresh Start In Hatboro

HATBORO, PA — The former Ross & Co. building on South York Road is getting a fresh coat of paint.

As Iron Oven gets set to open its second location in the borough, construction is underway inside and outside the building as it transforms into a new business.

Workers were recently outside doing some painting of the building at 58 S. York Road.

Borough officials said that Iron Oven is already a good neighbor, purchasing all paint from their neighboring business Lewis Paint.

Owner Alex Nalbandian said he will model the new business after his Iron Oven, which he has operated for over eight years at 1134 Street Road in Southampton.

He told Patch last week that he hopes to open sometime in the second week of November.

Iron Oven is known for its quality food, monthly specials, great service, a menu featuring clean ingredients, and long rolls baked on the premises.
