“At Jersey Mike’s we are committed to making a difference and we are given that opportunity to do so by partnering up with the local school district.,” said owner Camilo Garcia in a statement. “This is a wonderful company to be a part of and I couldn’t be more excited for this opening! I have been with Jersey Mike’s for over 10 years now. The first store I worked at was in Whippany, N.J., then I moved out to Philadelphia, where I was reunited with the Jersey Mike’s family to help continue the brand’s growth in Pennsylvania. Everyone here has been so welcoming to us and we are excited to build and grow alongside such a great community."

Garcia said his favorite sub is the #2, Jersey Shore’s Favorite.
