Little Yogi's Sunshine Summer Camp

From exploring creative movements soaring like birds, slithering like snakes and hopping like frogs to sitting still finding peaceful moments within nature in meditation, this camp is centered around the theme of finding sunshine within through self-love and kindness. Our fun loving yoga practice will be perfectly complimented each day by story telling, creating nature inspired arts and crafts and drinking the rainbow making healthy smoothies.
