Luxury Apartments Coming To Horsham Township
Work on the AVE apartment complex has begun with the demolition of an old office building on Dresher Road, Horsham officials said.
HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — Luxury apartments are coming to the township with occupancy expected sometime in 2028.

The project will include new sidewalks along Dresher Road from Walnut Grove Drive to the driveway at 748 Dresher Road, township officials said.

The project will also include the traffic signal replacement and modernization at Witmer Road and Prudential Road.
"We are so happy to be joining other AVE’s strategically located throughout the country to include Silicon Valley; Austin, TX; the Riverwalk in Tampa; the Philadelphia Navy Yard; and soon to be Horsham," officials said.

Korman Communities is the builder of the luxury apartments.
"The goal of the plan is to sustain the office park, retain companies, attract new companies, and provide living wage jobs," officials said.
