Authorities said on Oct. 12, Brown assaulted a 13-year-old girl in Manor Township in Lancaster County. Two days later, he assaulted the Horsham teenager.

In both cases, Brown met the victims through friend-finder apps, lied about his age, and assaulted the girls in his vehicle, authorities said.

A warrant in Montgomery County was issued on Nov. 20. The Marshals Fugitive Task Force was asked for assistance by Horsham Township Police in December.

After Brown failed to surrender to Horsham Police, the U.S. Marshals New York/New Jersey Regional Task Force and investigators from the Marshals Task Force in Philadelphia captured Brown at his Yonkers home without incident.

He was transported to the Westchester County (N.Y.) jail where he awaits extradition to Pennsylvania.
