Maria Zeltner Appointed Administrator, Wesley Enhanced Living Pennypack Park

Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL), a non-profit, faith-based organization that owns and manages multiple continuing care retirement communities in Bucks, Monroe, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties, announces the appointment of Maria Zeltner as  Administrator at Wesley Enhanced Living Pennypack Park.  In her new role, Zeltner will assist WEL in expanding its partnerships with local hospitals and doctors to develop new ideas and initiatives to reduce hospital re-admissions by WEL’s residents.  In addition, Zeltner will manage and oversee the on-site care and services provided to maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psycho-social well-being of the residents of Wesley Enhanced Living Pennypack Park’s Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing facility.

Maria has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years specializing in long term care and sub-acute environments.  Entering the healthcare field as a registered nurse, Maria was quickly promoted to Director of Nursing and then advanced to the role of Administrator.  Most recently, Zeltner was Executive Director of Post-Acute Services for a large Philadelphia health system.

“We are excited that Maria Zeltner has decided to join our continuing care retirement community as our new Administrator,” says John Ardente, Executive Director of Wesley Enhanced Living Pennypack Park.  Maria will be a valuable contributor to Wesley Enhanced Living’s mission to make a compelling difference in the lives of our residents by providing excellence and innovation in aging services.”
