"The experience of today's events is hard to put into words," Miracle Field organizers said. "We started with our yearly 5K race alongside more than 150 participants. That memorable moment paved the way for yet another significant accomplishment: initiating construction on something truly special, our Miracle Field. All of these achievements would not have been possible without everyone’s support. Today marks the beginning of an amazing journey for our community."
Through its affiliation with Horsham Little League, the Miracle Field of Horsham will provide opportunities for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities to play baseball and softball in a safe and inclusive environment where they will find comfort, friendship, and a sense of belonging.

The ground won't officially be cleared until Miracle League receives a permit from the state, construction is expected to begin this fall.
Opening Day is set for Spring 2025, organizers said.
"While it may have been a cold morning, our hearts were warm as we celebrated the official groundbreaking of the Miracle Field of Horsham," said State Rep. Melissa Cerrato, who attended the ceremony. "I can't wait to be back next year cheering on as the first pitch is thrown out."
Cerrato thanked State Senator Maria Collett, State Rep. Ben Sanchez, and State Rep. Nancy Guenst "who have worked together so diligently to see this incredible project come to fruition."
Horsham officials have said they're hoping the field can be the gem to upgrade township parks around, serving as the centerpiece for upgrades to Deep Meadow Park.
The field will have some special features: a drop-off area for players and equipment, an announcer’s booth, stands in front of the booth and on the sides of each dugout, an indoor sensory playroom, a sensory garden, and a fence around the outfield.
