Montco Man Had Image Of Prepubescent Girl Being Raped: DA
Police have arrested and charged the Montgomery County man with possessing and distributing child pornography, the DA said.

ABINGTON, PA -- An Abington Township man has been arrested and charged with distributing and possessing child pornography, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office announced Friday.
Russell Gellman, 43, was first investigated when officials received a tip online from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the DA said.
The tip identified an email address that had uploaded an image of a 10-year-old girl being sexually molested by a man in the Glenside area.

Investigators traced the email address to Gellman's home, where he lived with his wife. Police served a search warrant on May 26, 2016. His Apple iPad was seized during the search.
Shortly thereafter Gellman voluntarily came to the police station to be interviewed by authorities. According to a police report, Gellman admitted that the images were of a girl "probably" younger than 12 and "definitely" younger than 18. Gellman was arrested and charged on September 7.
