Hatboro Borough Council threw its support behind the proposal by unanimously voting in favor of it Monday.

A monument honoring military members, police and firefighters is planned in Hatboro.

Hatboro Borough Council threw its support behind the proposal by unanimously voting in favor of it Monday, the Willow Grove Public Spirit reported.

The monument, proposed by Council members Mark Sheedy and Robert Hegele, may be constructed on the lawn in front of borough hall but planning is in the early stages, the Public Spirit reported.
