More Pedestrian Lamps Coming To PA Lifestyle Campus

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — In an effort to increase walkability in the evening hours, the township is adding more pedestrian lamps in the PA Lifestyle Campus.

Township officials said nine more pedestrian lamps are being installed on Dresher Road between Witmer Road and Walnut Grove Drive.

Officials said the installation of the lamps should be completed this week.

In other township business:

  • Horsham Township Council received a tour and an orientation presentation by the Horsham Police Department from Police Chief Scott Fida.
  • Horsham Township staff and consultants, Gilmore and Associates and Michael Baker International, attended the GVF Advocacy Breakfast. There were discussions with Montgomery County and state officials on transportation topics, including the need for additional funding for transit, infrastructure improvements, trail projects, and the importance of communicating transportation priorities.
