New Mexican Restaurant Opens In Horsham

HORSHAM, PA -- A new Mexican restaurant has opened in Horsham after a pizza place in the same location shut down.

Taqueria Feliz, also located in Manayunk, will open where Pizzeria Felici briefly occupied a space in the Horsham Elements shopping center on 303 Horsham Road, Philly.com reports.

The restaurant opened on January 27.

Taqueria will feature tortillas, nachos, Mexican-style pizzas, draft and bottled beer, more than 50-plus tequilas, and an ornate, recently commissioned Day of the Dead mural, the report states.

There are related ”taquerias” open in Fort Washington and Fairmount in Philadelphia.

Pizza is out and guacamole is in, as chef Tim Spinner and Brian Sirhal have revamped their short-time Pizzeria Felici in Horsham’s Elements shopping center into a second Taqueria Feliz (303 Horsham Rd., 215-323-4530).
