Norman Diener, Widely Loved Hatboro Business Owner, Passes Away

The area business owner once worked in the aerospace industry. Rest in peace.

Norman C. Diener passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 23, 2015 in the Garden Springs Nursing Center surrounded by loved ones. He was 82.

He was the loving husband of Anna (Holweger) Diener, with whom he had shared 54 years of marriage.

Norman and his wife owned and operated Bux-Mont Dry Cleaners of Hatboro. He was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Huntingdon Valley.

He was a member of the Lions Club of Hatboro for 25 years and initiated the first annual fruit sale drive. Prior to his business ownership, he worked as a mechanical draftsman in the aerospace industry.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his four daughters, Cheryl Connelly (Mike), Patti Moskauski, Karen Reis, and Diane Diener, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation beginning at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 28, in Gloria Dei Church, 570 Welsh Road, Huntingdon Valley, where his memorial service will be held at noon. Interment will follow in the Garden of Hope.cleardot.gif
