Paving Work Wednesday At New Hatboro Wawa
Hatboro officials said motorists should seek alternate routes as contractors work at the intersection of York and Horsham roads Wednesday.

HATBORO, PA —Contractors for the new Wawa convenience store will perform paving work Wednesday at the intersection of York and Horsham roads, borough officials said.
During this time, there will be a partial lane closure at the intersection.
Flaggers will be on-site during work to safely direct motorists through the intersection.

The intersection will remain open for the duration of work; however, motorists are advised to seek an alternate route to avoid any possible delays in the area.
Wawa is building a new 5,585-square-foot convenience store. Officials said it could open sometime in November or in December.

The store has caused controversy for years after the borough lost a court battle to try and prevent it.
The borough council also recently rejected a proposal by Wawa to sell liquor in the store.
