PECO Performing Emergency Gas Line Repair In Hatboro

Hatboro officials said the work is on northbound Warminster Road and that motorists should expect delays Wednesday afternoon.

HATBORO, PA —PECO is performing an emergency gas line repair Wednesday afternoon on Warminster Road, borough officials said.

Officials said PECO Contractor Riggs Distler notified the borough of an emergency gas line repair on North Warminster Road.

As a result, the southbound lane of North Warminster Road will be closed from County Line Road to Corinthian Avenue for the next several hours, borough officials said.

Riggs Distler said that the northbound lane will remain open throughout the duration of the work.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes if possible to avoid delays.

The work is expected to take one-to-two hours, borough officials said.

"We thank you for your cooperation as crews work to make the repairs," borough officials said in a Facebook post.
