Popular Hatboro Downtown Business Closes
The Street Food Sandwich Shop, which operated on South York Road since 2021, decided to close immediately over the weekend, its owners said.
HATBORO, PA —A popular borough business has closed abruptly.
The owners of Street Food Sandwich Shop, which opened in 2021 at 7 S. York Rd., announced over the weekend on Facebook that it was closing.
"After much thought, deliberation, and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our Street Food Sandwich Shop location, effective immediately," its owners said. "This decision was not made lightly, and we want to express our deepest gratitude to our customers and the Borough of Hatboro for your support over the years. While we are sad to say goodbye, we are forever grateful for the friendships and memories we have made."

Street Food Sandwich Shop said it would continue to do catering services from an alternate location.
