Power Outages Over, Roads Reopened In Horsham

Horsham ChATs provided an update on the impact of Saturday's storm in the township.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —The remnants of the storm that brought several inches of rain Saturday caused havoc for drivers and residents but Sunday's status has improved.

Horsham Community Police Services said that there was a power outage in the township's Prospectville section. The outage impacted 124 homes and restoration was expected by midnight, Horsham ChATs said.

But Horsham ChATs told Patch Sunday morning that power has been restored.

Meanwhile, Horsham ChATs provided an update on several road closures due to flooding.

Keith Valley Road was closed twice Saturday, once for flooding and a second time for downed power lines. The road is reopened now.

Davis Grove Road, Blair Mill Road, and Limekiln Pike have also now been reopened.
