Residential Building Projects Underway In Horsham

Carriage houses, luxury apartments, and single-family homes are nearing or under development in Horsham, including one off Route 611.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —Drive around the township and you will notice there's lots of housing construction going on.

Off busy Route 611, work is progressing on Liberty Ridge at 1300 Easton Road.

Liberty Ridge by Pulte Homes is under development at the former Hankin property. Three different townhome designs will be offered, including one with a first-floor owner’s suite.

The 2,465-to-2,636-square-foot carriage homes are priced at more than $635,000 and feature a walking trail that will connect to Maple Park.

About 55 homes are planned at the property. The project is targeted for completion sometime this spring or summer.

Meanwhile, the Oak Ridge community is planned for County Line and Keith Valley roads.

The project calls for 50 homes that will include four-to-five bedrooms and sit on an acre, township officials said.

Point Hill Drive is another new housing project in Horsham.

Five new single-family homes are being constructed on a new cul-de-sac off Cedar Hill Road by Marc Salamone Homes.

Besides housing, luxury apartments are also a choice for potential homeowners in Horsham.

The AVE is coming to 723 Dresher Road.

These state-of-the-art apartments are being developed by Korman Communities.

Construction is expected to begin shortly.
