Several schools in the Hatboro-Horsham District will be closing early on Friday due to the Pope’s visit to Philadelphia and the expected influx of traffic, according to an announcement made by the Hatboro police department on Tuesday.
Hatboro-Horsham High School will close at noon.
Keith Valley Middle School will close at 12:30 p.m.

All elementary schools will close at 1:00 p.m.
Any students in the morning kindergarten program will have school from 8:40 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., while students in the afternoon program will have school from 11:15 a.m. until 1 p.m.

All activities scheduled to take place after school and in the evening have been cancelled.
The After School Care Program will operate on its normal schedule.
