Sneak Peek At New Hatboro Apartment Complex: Photos
Milliner Lofts held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new South York Road complex in Hatboro on Thursday.

HATBORO, PA — Milliner Lofts, Hatboro's first apartment complex under its mixed-use ordinance, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday as the new jewel in the downtown district.
Sarah Anne Photography, which has a business in the borough, was able to provide a sneak peek to Patch of the new digs that are available for rent, and designed to boost foot traffic in the borough.
The long-dormant CVS property at 26 South York Road has been transformed into a four-story building, consisting of 36 apartments with retail space on the first floor.

The "high-end, professional" apartments include 19 one-bedroom units, and 14 two-bedroom units.
Milliner Lofts is now leasing brand new one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments plus a private study in the heart of the downtown district.

Tenants are expected to move in on Monday, officials said.
The amenities include a large lounge with seating, bar area, equipped with a wine cooler, and its own restroom. Full gym with treadmills, bikes, and weights for tenants. Mailbox space with a separate large mail room with a cooler for food deliveries. They also offer large storage lockers, and bike storage space located in the basement. Two patios outside for tenants to relax, and a space for your furry animals."
