Spam Emails Sent From Hatboro Manager: Officials

HATBORO, PA —Borough officials are warning residents Friday about spam emails being sent out from a borough email address.

The Borough of Hatboro has received reports of spam emails sent to residents, businesses, and other municipalities from a borough email address, specifically belonging to Borough Manager Diane Hegele.

Officials said the emails were spam and should not be opened.

The borough's IT professionals are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

"We ask for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue," officials said.
