Yin yoga focuses on holding poses for a longer period of time, but with little effort. This relaxing practice is the perfect compliment to a vinyasa flow practice or any exercises regime as it strengthens the connective tissue, i.e. joints and ligaments. Yoga nidra (“yogic sleep”) is a meditation technique that provides incredible calmness, stillness and clarity.
The combined practice will enable you find your inner most strength, while you gain deep rest, recharge and spring into wellness.
All levels welcome as both Yin and Yoga Nidra are beneficial for all ages and ability levels.
