State Rep. Cerrato Honored As Childcare Champion
The Montgomery County representative was recognized as a childcare champion in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — State Rep. Melissa Cerrato has a new award to add to her resume.
Cerrato said she was "truly honored" to be recognized as a childcare champion in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
High-quality, reliable, and affordable childcare isn’t just a convenience, it’s a cornerstone for strong families and thriving communities," said Cerrato, who represents Horsham, Upper Dublin, and Montgomery townships and Ambler. "When parents know their children are safe, supported, and learning, they can focus on work and other responsibilities with peace of mind."

Cerrato said that investing in childcare means investing in the future.

Property Tax/Rent Rebate Assistance Event
Meanwhile, Cerrato is hosting a Property Tax/Rent Rebate Assistance Event to help people file their Pennsylvania PTRR for the 2025 tax year. The event takes place from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 23 at the Neshaminy Falls Club House (195 Stump Rd., Montgomeryville, PA 18936).
