State Rep. Guenst Sworn In For 3rd Term

HATBORO, PA —State Rep. Nancy Guenst was sworn in Tuesday in Harrisburg for her third term representing the 152nd Legislative District.

The 66-year-old Democratic incumbent defeated Republican challenger Tim Bertram, getting 21,147 votes to Bertram's 13,486 votes in the general election in November.

“Tuesday, I was honored to once again take the oath of office —beginning my third term as State Representative," Guenst said. "Serving the people and communities of the 152nd District is a privilege and a duty that I do not take lightly."

Guenst represents Hatboro, Bryn Athyn, Upper Moreland, Lower Moreland, and a portion of Abington Township. Her main office is based in downtown Hatboro.

The military veteran is the mother of Hatboro Councilman Alex Myers.

She is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College and the U.S. Army California Language Institute.
