Stormwater Improvements Planned In Hatboro This Week

HATBORO, PA —The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will perform stormwater improvements this week in Hatboro and neighboring Warminster Township.

PennDOT said the work falls under a $14.9 million project to upgrade stormwater management facilities on more than 90 state highways across the five-county Philadelphia region.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near or through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather-dependent.

Highway Materials, Inc. of Flourtown, Montgomery County, is the general contractor on this stormwater improvement project, which is financed with 100% state funds.
