
Take your practice off the mat and into the water!
Combining the best of both worlds, explore breath and movement practices of Yoga with core strength and balance practices of Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP).
SUP Yoga is a playful practice that allows you to let go and ride the waves of your breath. Practicing on the boards will teach you to be present at all times; seeing as the current could change and you have to readjust or you just might fall (gracefully of course) into the water!
This class covers an intro to Paddle Boarding, including safety on the water, proper stance, form and paddle techniques, followed by a yoga practice with instruction on getting into each yoga pose on the boards, concluding with a savasana you will never forget. After class, you can continue to explore more poses or stand up and keep paddling. Once off the boards, stick around and meet with old and new friends over healthy snacks.

We will be running classes on Saturdays every other week throughout the summer starting June 13th 9:45am-11:15am. Join us for one or all. Discounts for those that bring their own boards.
