Who is behind Hillary Clinton's campaign on the local level in the Horsham area?

HORSHAM, PA -- Super Tuesday is just around the corner. As the party nomination season approaches the finish line, two clear favorites have emerged on each side: Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump.

Trump, a business mogul, has self-financed his campaign, although he does still receive noteworthy contributions.

But it’s nothing compared to the money put forth to the campaign of former First Lady, New York Senator, and U.S. Secretary of State Clinton.

Clinton leads all candidates in Pennsylvania in donations received, having brought in $2,775,412 in this election cycle from the Keystone State, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) data.

About $599,000 of those donations came from the zip codes that begin with 190. That’s hundreds of thousands more than zip codes 194xx and 193xx, which each hovered around $100,000 in total donations.

Individuals are limited to direct donations of $2,700 per candidate in an election cycle, according to FEC regulations. A total of 139 individuals have contributed that maximum amount to Clinton from 190xx zip codes.

Among the notable donors is Valerie Arkoosh, a medical doctor and Montgomery County Commissioner.
