HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — Horsham Community Police Services is warning residents about severe weather expected to hit the Philadelphia region on Monday.
Horsham ChATs said residents said the potential for tornadoes in eastern Pennsylvania is increasing.
Sections of Horsham Township and nearby Upper Dublin Township were ripped apart by a tornado in September 2021.

Horsham ChATs warns of severe thunderstorms, with the potential to bring widespread wind damage, localized flash flooding, tornadoes, and hail on Monday afternoon and night.
Horsham ChATs said temperatures are expected to reach into the upper 60s.

Rain is expected to start in the late morning to early afternoon. Heavy winds are expected to start around 2 p.m., Horsham ChATs said.
