Horsham Fire Victim Identified, Friends Create GoFundMe Site

Kevin Hemminger, 27, "touched the lives of every person he came in contact with. He will be missed more than words can describe."

Friends of a 27-year-old man who died Saturday morning in a townhouse fire in Horsham have created a GoFundMe site. The goal is to raise money for Kevin Hemminger’s funeral costs and to financially support his 5-year-old son, Carter.

So far, more than $10,000 has been raised.

The townhouse fire was reported early Saturday morning on the 300 block of Green Meadow Lane in Horsham. The Intelligencer reports that the Horsham Fire Marshal’s Office believes the blaze was a result of careless smoking.
