Two Shows for the Price of Fun!

On the evening of April 24, from 5:00 to 7:30 pm, the Scatter Joy Center for the Arts will be hosting a unique and special reception that will celebrate the opening of two separate and interesting art exhibits.

The first exhibit will feature the combined and individual works of four Kathy Davis Studios designers. The second exhibit will feature the comics and prints from students attending Philadelphia’s University of the Arts.

Please join us for this unique event. Aside from the opportunity to view these two unique exhibits, there will be the opportunity for attendees to visit with our artists, enjoy refreshments, and create their own works of art.

Space and supplies will be set aside for children of all ages to make their own creations. Allow the artists and their work to inspire you to do your own drawings, comics, and cartoons.

It will be a great opportunity for children and grandchildren to join the festivities and enjoy making their own creations in our new art center.

It will also be a great opportunity for interested high school art students to meet working designers and students and representatives from one of Philadelphia’s most respected art colleges.
