Veterans Day Events Planned In Hatboro-Horsham
Blair Mill Elementary School will honor veterans Friday and the Union Library in Hatboro has events slated for Saturday.
HATBORO / HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —The borough and township will commemorate Veterans Day with events over the next few days to recognize those who gave their service to our country.
The Blair Mill Elementary School is inviting veterans to attend a light breakfast and refreshments at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
The invitation states that Veterans Day offers the opportunity to celebrate and honor all of those who made sacrifices as military veterans.

"Please join us so we can personally thank you for all that you gave and all that you continue to give," the school invitation states.
On Saturday, the Union Library of Hatborough has several events planned for the Veterans Day federal holiday.

At 10:30 a.m., the library will host a military genealogy workshop followed by a reception of thanks at noon. There will also be a "Letters from Home" station all day long as well.
The library will hold a presentation at 1 p.m. with Charles Strange, author of "Relentless: A Gold Star's Father's Pursuit of Truth."
