Victim Lifeflighted From Power Trail After Fall In Horsham

A victim was flown by helicopter to the hospital after a fall. The cause is unknown.

An victim fell on the Power Trail in Horsham on Wednesday and had to be lifeflighted to a nearby hospital, according to the Horsham Fire Department Facebook page.

The Horsham Fire Department was on the scene, according to their call log, but did not immediately respond to a request for comment on this story.

The incident took place at about 3 p.m., according to the fire department’s call log. They were assisting EMS.

The victim was taken away by JeffSTAT, a medical transportation service operated by Jefferson University Hospitals, according to eyewitnesses.

It is unknown what caused the victim to fall, nor are the extent of the injuries known.
