WATCH: Horsham 'Urchins' Harass, Vandalize Homes

Multiple Horsham residents have reported a series of teenagers or middle school-aged children vandalizing and “ding-dong ditching” their homes in recent weeks.

Residents on Herman Road particularly have said that a group of the kids began by knocking on the door and running away, but soon thereafter escalating the issue, cursing at local residents.

The “urchins” then went on to vandalize several of the homes.

According to one resident, John Doo, the vandals have struck more than 20 times. Doo put up a security camera to capture the vandals in the act, and they pictured in the video below.
