Widow of Slain Montco Police Officer Files Lawsuit Against Gun Dealer
Lynsay Fox, wife of Bradley Fox, filed the suit against In Site Firearms and Law Enforcement Supplies of Jeffersonville.

The widow of a Plymouth Township officer shot by a gunman in 2012 has filed a lawsuit against an area gun dealer over the sale of the weapon used to kill her husband just one day before his birthday.
The Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence filed the suit Monday against In Site Firearms and Law Enforcement Supplies of Jeffersonville on behalf of Lynsay Fox, NBC10 reported.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the suit alleges gross negligence by the dealer for selling six guns to a man they should have identified as a straw purchaser—someone who purchases the gun for another person.Fox, an officer with the Plymouth Township Police Department, was killed in the line of duty on Sept. 13, 2012, just one day before his 35th birthday.

Fox was a Warminster, Bucks County native.
In July, lawmakers announced that Route 263 between Street Road and Bristol Road will be renamed to honor Fox, a seven-year veteran of the police force and a Marine who served two tours of duty in Iraq.
