Woman Sentenced In Drug-Related Horsham Crash That Killed One: Report
"I would give my own life if I could bring your grandmother back," the woman reportedly told the victim's family.

A woman has been sentenced to state prison for being under the influence of drugs when she ran a red light and killed woman in Horsham in 2014, according to multiple reports.
Kelly Sanfratello, 36, of Quakertown, ran a red light at Easton Road and County Line Road on November 21, 2014, CBS News reports.
She hit a car driven by Bristol woman Anne Marie Schnerr, 72, who died at the scene, reports state.

“I would give my own life if I could bring your mother, your grandmother back,” Sanfratello, told Schnerr’s family in court, according to The Intelligencer. “I am so truly sorry for my actions.”
Sanfratello tested positive for amphetamines at the time of the accident, according to reports.
